After a request, we check in with the homeowner by text or email to ask whether you contacted them and whether the work was completed. If it was, we bill the fee for that job type and send you a receipt. If you ever disagree with a confirmation, tell us and we’ll review it together.

Do I pay anything when I sign up?
No. You save a payment method so we can bill you when a job is confirmed, but nothing is charged at sign-up and there is no monthly fee for a basic listing.
When exactly am I charged?
Only after a matched homeowner confirms that you did the work. We charge the fee that applies to that job type, and you will get a receipt and the job details for every charge.
What if the homeowner doesn't hire me?
Then you owe nothing. We only charge for jobs that are confirmed as completed or, for recurring maintenance service, for customers confirmed after their first month.
How do you confirm a job?
We follow up with the homeowner by text or email and ask whether the company contacted them and whether the work was done. If you disagree with a confirmation, you can tell us and we will review it with you.
What do the leads include?
The homeowner's name, phone, email, ZIP code, project type, timeline, budget range and any notes they added, plus their estimate answers when they used our cost estimator or pool health assessment.
